Downtown Zoning Advisory Committee (DZAC)

On October 3, 2006, City Council approved Resolution R-448-10-06 appointing the following members to the Downtown Zoning Advisory Committee (DZAC),  for a term ending June 30, 2007:

Fred Beal, Downtown Development Authority/Property Owner

Bonnie Bona, City Planning Commission

Michael Concannon, Developer

Robert Johnson, City Council

Carol Kuhnke, Zoning Board of Appeals

J. Bradley Moore, Urban Design Guidelines Committee Liaison

Sonia Schmerl, Downtown Neighborhood Representative   

The Committee was charged with working with staff to guide the development of zoning changes and amendments to the Master Plan, as outlined in the project work plan (pdf).
