Retirement Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 8:30 a.m. These meetings are held in the Retirement System conference room at 301 E. Liberty, Suite 680, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Chairperson of the Retirement Board of Trustees is Nancy Sylvester, the Vice-Chairperson is Chris Heatley, and the Board Secretary is Jeffrey Kahan. The monthly meeting schedule for 2007 is as follows:

The Investment Policy Committee Meeting is held on the first Tuesday of every month. The Retirement System Investment Policy Committee Meeting is usually convened at 3 p.m. in the Retirement System conference room at 301 E. Liberty, Suite 680, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Chairperson of the Committee is Chris Heatley. The monthly meeting schedule for 2008 is as follows:

Ad-Hoc Retiree Meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month from September to May at 11 a.m. These meetings are held in the Retirement System conference room at 301 E. Liberty, Suite 680, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Ad-Hoc Retiree Committee consists of City of Ann Arbor Retirees who dedicate their time to hold these meetings to discuss issues relating to City retirement. All City of Ann Arbor retirees are invited to attend the Ad-Hoc Retiree Meetings. Following are current committee officers:
