Pear St. Project Based Voucher Waiting List is CLOSED at time. Application recieved for the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List have been reviewed. 500 applicants were selected for placement on the waiting list using a lottery based system. Notifications were mailed on 11/12/12. If you have not received notification you may check your status by calling (734) 794-6720. Rental Assistance Demonstration Program Public Meeting Notice and FAQ
All Public Housing Residents:
The AAHC has completed its revision of its lease and encourages residents to review the new lease. The new lease and a redlined version comparing the old and new lease are available on the website at www.a2gov.org/housingcommission and a hard copy is available at the Miller, Baker, and Ashley offices. The AAHC will take the proposed lease to the Board on January 16, 2012 for approval. If approved by the Board, the lease will take effect a minimum of 60 days later. The projected start date for the new lease is April 1, 2013. All tenants will be required to sign the new lease in order to maintain tenancy.
You can now listen to our Administrative Plan and Policies as well as view them. To do so:
