The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is dedicated to meet the local housing needs and goals. Annually the Commission assess those needs and creates a plan that addresses the policies, programs, operations and strategies needed to meet those needs and goals. This comprehensive plan, known as the Annual Agency Plan, is required by HUD and there are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which each PHA submits to HUD once every 5th fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year. The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) has developed its Agency Plan for FY2012-2013 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. A Public Hearing will be held on March 21, 2012, at Miller Manor Community Room, 727 Miller Ave, Ann Arbor, 48103 at 6:00 PM. It is available for review from February 6, 2012 to March 21, 2012 at following locations in Ann Arbor:
