Welcome to the City of Ann Arbor citizen help desk, an online resource for submitting non-emergency service requests to the city. Service request options are available for parks maintenance, pothole and street light repair, and water system issues, to name just a few. If you live in, work in or are visiting Ann Arbor and you have a service request, you can use the Citizen Request System to notify us of a problem or service concern. The request automatically gets routed to the appropriate city service area for action. By providing contact information within the Citizen Request System, you can visit the site 24/7 to check on the status of your request. In addition, if you provide your email address, we will electronically confirm your service request submission.
Please note, if your service request pertains to removal of a dead animal from a public roadway in Ann Arbor, please submit this request via phone by calling the Police Department (nonemergency) front desk: 734.994.2911.
