Permits
Permits are obtained by submitting an appropriate application form together with two copies of plans (PDF) for the proposed work. Applications are reviewed for compliance with code and safety requirements. Some applications require supporting documentation.
Many of our applications and registration forms are now available to download. You may also request to receive an application by fax or mail. At this time, applications cannot be submitted online.
PLEASE NOTE: Any faxed applications MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a payment cover sheet (below) in order to process your permit or application. Any application received without payment information cannot be processed.
Permits cannot be issued until they are paid for. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, checks, money orders and cash.
Fees are based on the actual work being performed.
Homeowners are eligible to obtain permits by filing an affidavit affirming they are doing the work themselves.

-
Energy worksheet
-
Home Owner Affidavit (where owner applies for permit)
